Box address. This address is for correspondence only and can't
receive packages. Any packages sent there will automatically be
refused and returned to you. This can delay the return process.
The proper address will be sent to you with your RTN number.
If a ramp is shipped priority with a guaranteed
delivery date and the freight company delivers it late, a refund will be
issued for the priority shipping fee only. You understand that the
ramp cannot simply be refused and is subject to being returned in
accordance with this return policy.
All sales are final on any custom made components.
Please
allow enough transit (shipping to us) time for your return to arrive at
our facility within 30 days of purchase. Items returned late may
not be accepted.
Once an order
has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must be returned in accordance
with this policy.
We
highly recommend using an insured carrier to ship
all returns. It is a good idea to use the same carrier that
brought the ramps to you.
The customer
(purchaser) is responsible for shipping costs for returning any item(s). Once
the order has left our facility, even if you refuse delivery, you are
still responsible for all costs associated with return shipping.
If you refuse delivery of an item, you will either be charged for the
return shipping or have the return shipping charge deducted from your
refund, at our discretion. The return shipping charge is
independent of any applicable restocking fee.
All items
returned to us must be in new (unused) condition (including all
manuals, packaging, etc. or additional fees may be deducted) and arrive
at our facility within thirty days of the purchase date to receive a
refund.
Any item that is returned to us that is clearly abused or damaged beyond
a saleable condition will not receive any refund. Any items
returned to us in this poor condition can be returned to you at your
expense. If you do not request and pay for returning the item to
you within 10 business days, the item will be discarded and no refund
will be issued.
Ramps
are subject to a restocking fee of up to 30% (of the purchase
price) depending upon the condition of the ramp and other factors.
All shipping
charges are non-refundable.
All returned items are subject
to inspection for use prior to refunds being issued.
Any
order that is cancelled prior to shipping (leaving our shipping
facility) will be subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee. Once an
order ships (leaves our shipping facility), it must be returned
according to the return policy listed here and is subject to a
restocking fee.
Any item that is
defective within the 30 day return period will be replaced with a new
item. If you choose not to want it replaced with a new item, but
would rather return it, it must be returned
according to the return policy listed here and is subject to a
restocking fee. If the 30 day return period has expired, the item
is subject to the manufacture's warranty.
There are no
returns allowed on orders of 6 or more of any 1 item.
If you dispute a credit card charge for
which you authorized, you agree to pay all reasonable collection fees,
including, but not limited to attorneys fees.
There are no
returns allowed on special order items.
These terms and fees are
necessary in order to bring you these products at the guaranteed lowest
prices.
